Dream Big Sports is a not-for-profit organisation based in Oldham. It provides sports coaching and education to schools, training and development for teachers and coaches, and sports activity camps for children during school holidays. In 2019, their growing team moved into a new office. With only one shop-bought desktop printer between 20 employees, the directors quickly realised their expanding operation needed a more sustainable printing solution.

What we provided

We visited the client’s new premises to understand the scale of operations, their  long-term objectives and the team’s printing requirements. We then drew up a proposal and recommended printing plan with a clearly defined cost breakdown and service level agreement.

While Dream Big Sports was mindful of their impact on the environment and trying to move to digital resources where possible, the team still had a strong demand for paper printing, especially during school holidays when high volumes of resources needed producing for camp activities.

We recommended a multifunctional full colour device with a stapling cassette that could cope with the seasonal increases in print volumes. The device also has scan and copy functionality and wireless connectivity for flexible printing from a laptop, mobile phone or tablet.

On the day of installation, our representative popped by to check the client was happy with everything and gave the team a step-by-step tutorial of how to use their new printer. It’s all part of our personalised service.
