Printing without lease or contracts
Appointing Pay As You Go Print as your new managed print supplier is easy. There are no contracts, lease arrangements or long-term financial commitments. What a refreshing change!
We operate on a 30-day rolling supplier agreement with monthly costs based on how much you print. You don’t pay for the printer. The printer, hardware, consumables and printer alert software belong to us. All we ask is that you pay your monthly invoice within 30 days.
The advantages of our No Contract business model include:
- No third party lenders or finance involved.
- You don’t end up owning equipment you might struggle to dispose of towards the end of its life.
- We guarantee to supply a quality piece of equipment. If it breaks down, we’ll come to fix it at no additional cost.
- No signing your life away when you haven’t read the small print!
Monitor usage to optimise printing
Our team make sure you’re getting value for money from your printer and payment plan. Monitoring usage via the online printer alert portal means we can identify if you are printing too much or too little for the model of machine you have installed.
For example, if our portal flags that you’re printing large volumes on a low volume printer, we’ll get in touch to suggest solutions. This might be a free upgrade or arranging to deliver and install a second machine at no additional cost. You’ll be able to spread the load between two printers and operate a more efficient print regime in your organisation.

I have found using PAYGP a very productive and positive experience. The staff and the quality of the printer and after care service has been very good and just what my business requires. A company's customer service is of course best measured when things go wrong and how quickly problems are sorted out. I had a minor problem with the first printer and within a few days it was swapped over and problem solved. Billing is easy and straightforward and as expected with no issues.
