Our printer is our responsibility
It’s our responsibility to make sure your printer is fit for purpose and meets your business needs. Our 30-day rolling supplier agreement covers the ownership, servicing and maintenance of your refurbished machine. We own the machine and take care of its maintenance.
The warranty covers the supply of all parts and labour at no cost to you. We carry 99% of common spare parts in stock at our warehouse in Eccles, Manchester.
Helpdesk and engineer response times
When you call our helpdesk, an engineer will call you back within 4 hours of the call being received.
The engineer will try some troubleshooting over the phone or over email to try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If they cannot resolve the issue, we’ll arrange for an engineer to visit you on site within 8 working hours of call being placed with our helpdesk. If we need to order parts, the engineer will attend the site once the parts have arrived..
Guaranteed replacement printer
We’re so confident you’ll enjoy our pay as you go print service, you’ll probably use your printer until it reaches the end of its working life. Should this happen, we’ll replace it for you with a newer refurbished model with delivery and set up at no additional cost.
