Pay As You Go Print is a national managed print services provider operating across the UK Mainland. Our parent company Total Computers UK Ltd was created in 2004 and Pay As You Go Print as a concept came to life in 2014. Our head office and warehouse is based in Salford, Greater Manchester, and our service desk located in Buckinghamshire. A team of 27 service engineers install, maintain and service our refurbished printers in customer premises across the country.
How pay as you go print works
We purchase ex-lease and ex-demo laser printers and photocopiers from corporate and public organisations, refurbish them to a high standard and supply them to customers completely free of charge. There’s no contract and you pay nothing for the machine, consumables, installation, delivery or maintenance. The printer remains our property for the duration of your agreement. Our fees are based on a sliding scale according to print volumes.
