Servico have been working with Pay as you go print for over 3 years now and the service & assistance has been outstanding since day one. We used to find printing services within our company a nightmare but Pay as you go print look after everything for you, from the software they use to manage our consumables which are always ordered in a timely and error free manner to the rare occasions we have needed a technician callout, their service has exceeded all expectations and the fees are extremely cost effective also. I have found using PAYGP a very productive and positive experience. The staff and the quality of the printer and after care service has been very good and just what my business requires. A company's customer service is of course best measured when things go wrong and how quickly problems are sorted out. I had a minor problem with the first printer and within a few days it was swapped over and problem solved. Billing is easy and straightforward and as expected with no issues. All in all I would highly recommend this company for its quality product and excellent service.
