One supplier agreement, everything is included
Our pay as you go print agreements are based on estimated print volumes, with charges calculated on a sliding scale.
Choose a printing plan and that’s all you will pay – month after month until you decide to end our agreement or you need to upgrade or downgrade your printer.
To reduce complexity, all hardware, software, installation, maintenance, parts and consumables are included in your printing plan. The only time we reserve the right to charge extra is for damage through misuse, fire or theft, loss of toner, parts or hardware that has been delivered and signed for.

By using only second-life printers, that we purchase from corporate and public organisations, the printers and photocopiers we purchase have either recently been upgraded or are no longer required by the business, preventing unwanted electrical equipment from ending up in landfill. All our machines have been carefully sourced and are refurbished to the highest quality standards.
We also take an ethical stance on toner cartridges. Rather than purchase brand new cartridges, we only supply premium re-manufactured toner cartridges through our partner, ESR. These meet and exceed OEM standards and will reduce your environmental impact.
Collection of spent toner cartridges is all included in the price of our pay as you go service. After you return your empty cartridges, we’ll send you a waste exemption certificate to demonstrate safe, environmentally friendly disposal.

I have found using PAYGP a very productive and positive experience. The staff and the quality of the printer and after care service has been very good and just what my business requires. A company's customer service is of course best measured when things go wrong and how quickly problems are sorted out. I had a minor problem with the first printer and within a few days it was swapped over and problem solved. Billing is easy and straightforward and as expected with no issues.
