We only use sustainable, environmentally friendly toner cartridges supplied by ESR. In line with our environmental commitments, all cartridges are 100% recycled and refilled, helping our customers to reduce their own carbon footprint.
Re-manufactured toner cartridges offer the same performance and print quality and have to meet the same safety standards as brand new cartridges. With free delivery on all toner supplies, they’re kind on your pocket too.
Smart toner monitoring and automatic delivery
We monitor your print volumes and toner usage via our online portal. We can see every Pay As You Go Print printer on your network and set alerts to let us know when toner is running low and automatically order a replacement. The alerts can trigger an email to you to tell you to expect a delivery for your peace of mind.
Toners usually arrive within 1-2 working days. In the event that the alert is triggered on a Friday, you’ll receive delivery the following Monday.
If you have any questions about your toner supplies or recycling, you can drop us a line using the details on your machine. It’s all part of the service.
Toner cartridge recycling service
Toner cartridges are electrical waste and should be treated and disposed off in the same way.
We supply a toner recycling box through our partner, ESR. When your box is full, just return it for recycling using the postage paid label or request a collection via the ESR website. All reusable cartridges are sorted, cleaned and enter a new cartridge production cycle. Who knows, your faithful used printer cartridge could return!
You’ll receive a new recycling box and a waste exemption certificate you can post on your website to demonstrate your own environmental commitment. It’s all part of our service.
